Our stocks are updated daily.
However, if one of the selected products is temporarily unavailable at the time of your order, you will receive a notification e-mail and will be informed of the expected shipping date of the product. Out of stock products will be shipped as soon as they become available again.

SOSKIN delivers internationally to a wide selection of countries: mainland France, overseas territories, Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, Middle East and Oceania. (The complete list of available destinations can be viewed when ordering.)
Your order is shipped from France. Depending on your country's regulations, customs or import fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the delivery costs and remain the responsibility of the recipient, as they are collected directly by the local customs authorities. Soskin does not receive them and cannot change the amount.
Our team is continually working to open new delivery countries in order to make our care accessible to as many people as possible.

We hope that your order brings you all the satisfaction you expect. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unsuitable products to us at your expense in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of your order, to the following address:

Thank you for downloading and completing our returns form by clicking here.Please send us an email to hello@soskin.fr before sending. For the return to be accepted, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original case and unused. After acceptance of the product(s) to be exchanged, we will reimburse them.
- In case of loss/theft of the package, the customer must first inquire with his neighbors, then contact the carrier in order to be informed of the situation.
If the carrier cannot provide a response, the customer can contact our customer service at: hello@soskin.fr, in order to provide proof of theft/loss.
- In case of damaged package : before accepting the package, check whether the packaging has been damaged. If applicable, refuse the package and contact our customer service: hello@soskin.fr.
In the event that the customer is delivered at a relay point / at the post office and he did not pick up his package on time, the customer's order will be refunded (only the price of the products and not the shipping costs) and the customer will place a new order, identical to the previous one, paying the delivery costs again.
