Deliveries in Metropolitan France
Our shipping times are as follows:

For any order placed before 12 p.m., Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped the same day.
For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 12 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
For any order placed from Friday after 12 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Our packages are suitable for your mailbox.

Deliveries in Europe and internationally

International delivery is done in express mode by DHL. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Costs and times vary depending on destinations.

Returns

For any returns, please send an email to the address hello@soskin.fr in order to warn us. Please specify: your order number, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return.

You can return unsuitable products to us at your expense in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of your order, to the following address:

For the return to be accepted, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original case and unused.

In the event of loss/theft of the package, the customer must first inquire with his neighbors, then contact the carrier in order to be informed of the situation.

If the carrier cannot provide a response, the customer can contact our customer service at: hello@soskin.fr, in order to provide proof of the theft/loss.

In the event of a damaged package: before accepting the package, check whether the packaging has not been damaged. If necessary, refuse the package and contact our customer service: hello@soskin.fr.

The processing time for returned packages can take between 2 and 3 weeks. Beyond this deadline, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at the following address: hello@soskin.fr.

- Mineral pigments, of natural origin, they offer a natural finish, a soothing anti-redness effect and excellent tolerance for sensitive skin.
- Rosemary leaf extract, powerful antioxidant (anti-aging effect), it purifies the skin and helps limit imperfections. Its action stimulates microcirculation
- Vegetable oils (Jojoba and Sunflower), chosen for their nourishing and softening actions, they provide lasting comfort and help regulate sebum.
